Yoga for face-to-face and online therapy.
Therapeutic yoga classes in person and now also online are designed to rebalance body and mind when daily stress begins to take its toll. It is a modality of yoga, in which special attention is paid to relaxation, toning and stretching, proposing more accessible postures.
It also works with body postures so that you can implement them in your daily life and improve conditions and health in general.
Despite being online classes are in small groups to have personalized attention.
Classes are taught in person in our classroom with all security measures and limited capacity or live on the Zoom platform , on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. and last 50 minutes. In case of not being able to attend a class, it is sent recorded so that you can do it when you can and thus not miss the class.
