And if…? So we start thinking about something... and it can be endless, it gives us a false sense of security. When you try to get pregnant these "what ifs" multiply, the uncertainty and anticipation can cause anxiety, body tension and stress.
There are more and more studies that support the effectiveness of mindfulness during pregnancy, either for you as a pregnant woman or directly on the health of your unborn baby.
We can help you by working the body and mind. You do not need to have meditated before, we will practice physical and psychological techniques that will help you to be more present and release tension.

Online, via zoom platform. 8 sessions of 1h (you will be able to watch the recording if you have not been able to connect, although we recommend that you try to attend the meeting online).

Psychologist and Gestalt therapist, specialist in play therapy, Mindfulness and perinatal grief and pregnancy, with extensive experience in accompanying families, children and adolescents. Aran's mother (1 year).
