Prepare the way for childbirth with hypnobirthing
In this intensive workshop on Friday and Saturday you will understand how physiology, the brain and the unconscious work during childbirth.
The imaginary of childbirth is usually very cruel and associated with urgency and pain. We will see that reality can be very different as we approach a change of positive awareness of birth. You will connect with your body, with confidence in yourself and in your baby.
We recommend that it be from the 25th week of pregnancy onwards.
In the hypnobirthing course in Marbella , facilitated by Ester ( @mamajuana_banana ), in addition to the 6 face-to-face hours you will receive:
- A workbook so you can practice at home while you enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.
- Two 30-minute online meetings every other week.
- Access to two guided visualizations.
- An exclusive discount if after the pregnancy you want to have a private farewell with your partner.
- Ester's phone number so you can contact her if you have any questions until the birth.
The price is €170. You can come with your partner, your birth companion or alone. Small groups of maximum 5 couples.
